A1 did an excellent job at installing two air handlers and an outside unit! Jim is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with mini splits. His line runs are clean and look great! I would highly recommend A1 for your cooling and heating needs! Also he keeps a very clean job site and is always willing and happy to answer a customer’s questions! 10 out of 10!!! Overall great experience from beginning to end!!

I was very happy with the work Jim and A-1 Ductless Heating and Cooling did for our home. Everything was explained well and they were very patient with our questions. The work was done in a very professional way. They were very neat and respectful of our presence on site. We were pleased with the results. I would recommend them highly.

Jim was prompt in responding to my inquiry and was able to begin installation about a week after accepting the quote. The installation had a couple hiccups that were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The units are working well.
