We recently had A1 Ductless install a heat pump system at our home, including 2 outdoor units and 6 indoor units. From start to finish, Jim was extremely professional, communicated promptly, and clearly takes great pride in his work.
The entire installation process went smoothly, and everything was completed exactly as promised. The system has been working great, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
An added bonus was discovering that I can control all of the units through a phone app, which I wasn't even aware was included. That feature has been incredibly convenient.

Jim installed mini split units for us. Before hiring him, Jim arrived to look the job over and sat and talked with us about the units and how they would work in our home. He answered our questions and provided feedback and a detailed estimate. He was willing to work closely with our electrician to ensure that our specific electrical needs were met.
We were very pleased with both the communication and the work performed by Jim. The day of installation, he and his brother arrived when they said they would and worked steadily and ensured that everything was as clean as it had been before the work began.

I can’t say enough great things about Jim and Thomas. They are professional, honest and kind. My install took a few days and everyday they were there my home was treated with respect and care. They were meticulous in their work. They took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had and were always willing to make changes (when possible) to locations of the equipment. Their work is tidy and the install looks amazing in every room and on the outside of my home. Jim was very responsive by phone and I never had an issue contacting him.
