A complete train wreck of an experience. I have been using Will for several years and all is work has, as I just found out, wrong. He miscalculated several categories of information (i.e., mortgage interest payments), and I'm now forced to pay thousands in back taxes. Making matters worse, Will has not responded to my polite messages and phone calls seeking his assistance on these matters. I absolutely would never use Will again and I do not recommend you do so either.
horrible experiences as a new client to this firm. Problematic management and procedures. I hope no one experience the same as I did if you're looking for a new cpa.
