My friend said this was a place for Basic manicures & she was right. I would only come back if it was an emergency. She never bothered to clean under my nails & i had to ask for polish to be removed off cuticle edges & straightened out. Limited colors, no neon colors for summer. Nothing fancy & they Can't do ombre. Bring cash for tip or they will yell out that you have to tip them. No tips on card. I stopped in because I was in the neighborhood. $36 for gel manicure.

I've been here twice, for gel removal and a mani-pedi. There are definitely good things about this place. The prices are fantastic, the complementary shoulder massages are a nice touch, and it's quiet (I know some see that as a bad thing!). I'm happy with the pedicure I got on my second visit, and the gel removal on my first was efficient.

However, the overall experience is just okay, and I was disappointed with my manicure. Within three days, my polish has chipped faster than when I do my nails at home. Didn’t have the color I wanted (confirmed with a tech and was later told they didn’t have it). No training on any other ways to fix a broken nail without acrylic, which I didn’t want. There were flies everywhere and not only do they only have cash tip they have the audacity to also say that it’s a 15% minimum for tip? Never going back.
