Walked into Q & A around 5:30. They serviced me within 15 minutes of waiting, although they were busy. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I got a gel pedicure and hard gel manicure with tips. I highly recommend coming here! They were upfront with prices.
I've been here a couple times for a mani-pedi. They are pretty quick, sanitary and for the most part I am happy with the service. One time a tech filed my entire nail bed and I was only getting a regular manicure, there was no need to ruin my natural nail like that when I wasn't getting tips or acrylics done. I also wish they would get more nail polish colors, everything looks old like it's been there for a long time and there isn't much variety. The service is good enough but needs more variety to choose from.
