After my first visit, I left feeling pretty unhappy with the cut and overall experience. But the owner, Tony, reached out right away after seeing my review and offered to fix it.
At the follow-up appointment, Tony was kind, professional, and really took the time to understand how I wear my hair day-to-day — especially that I usually let it air dry and that I have naturally curly, wavy hair. He made thoughtful adjustments so the cut worked with my texture, not against it, and helped bring out the shape and movement I was missing. It finally felt like a cut that embraced how my hair actually lives, and he made sure I was happy before I left.
