They came out to do my gas line inspections for the city Local Law 152. Tiffany in the office has been super helpful and always quick to respond. Phil came out to do the inspections and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them if you need someone reliable and trustworthy.

With all the rain recently our pump in our basement burnt out. With limited options on shelves decided to call a plumber and saw this company's truck in my neighborhood. I gave them a call and they were great right from the start. They had a replacement pump in stock and was able to come in a very timely manor to replace the entire thing. They were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and CLEAN! They left no mess behind and were so efficient. They will be my new go to plumber for all projects moving forward. Highly recommend!

These people have no idea what they are doing. They try and cover up all the mistakes they are making as they work. Charge astronomical rates, hidden fees, and just send the bill without a discussion of the work they are doing and the work is done wrong! They purposely do this so they can show up multiple times to fix it and charge you again! I would not recommend these people or work with them again.

Highly recommend Schumacher and Farley plumbing and heating for anyone looking for a plumber. I only have great things to say about this company! Phil and his team are such hard workers and excellent at what they do! Everyday they were scheduled to be here they showed up on time and stayed as late as needed to get the job done. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations all for an unbeatable price may I add! I will definitely be using them for any/all future plumbing needs!

I'm a landlord in Queens and I had a heating emergency in one of my buildings recently. Schumacher and Farley had installed my gas boiler for the previous owner so I figured I would call them. The emergency service operator told me I would get a call back in 30 minutes. Hours passed and no one contacted me. I called Skaggs Walsh instead and they sent someone over within the hour.
