Absolutely terrible. I contacted them re: extermination services and spoke with "Paul the owner". I asked for a copy of his (1) NYS Pesticide Business Registration and (2) NYS Certified Applicators Photo Identification per the guidance from their regulator, NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation. Paul refused to provide the information and was rather discourteous. Unfortunately, I had to file a complaint with their regulator. Any reputable business would follow their regulator's guidance.
