I cannot say enough great things about Macadept! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about camera systems. They took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was perfect. I can't thank these guys enough for their service. I live in a high-rise condo on the Upper East side with lots of concrete columns throughout the apartment. As such, my wifi could not reach all the rooms, so I had to resort to 3 different wifi networks in my apartment. I asked these guys to set me up with one wifi network. I found Josh thru Home Advisor. Josh and Dustin came back a few times to survey the situation, troubleshoot some issues, he recommended a solution and then they installed a bunch of access points. They had the right equipment to test the signals, set up my Sonos, setup my wireless printer and also connected my TVs hardwired to the internet as well (superfast netflix now). They also cleaned up the spaghetti lan and cable wires in the closet that our contractor left. Josh and Declan were pros. They were passionate about their work, they recommended a solution that was not too expensive, and delivered it on my timeframe. They offered a fair price and my whole family is thrilled to have one wifi network throughout the apartment. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
