I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and the only reason why I come here is for Kay and the wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice, quick, and efficient. Kay treats me like family and always welcomes me in. She’s the best!

lowkey highway robbery for how much they charge. i will say it was very clean and hygienic and everyone was very nice so I don’t mean to comment on the quality or the service, but i just find it absurd that the prices are so high (gel removal is $20, almost the same price as a basic manicure). my fault for not checking though so take that as you will. I will say that i went back and re-filed some of my nails

Honestly my regular polish mani is bubbling and thick. I left earlier today and a nail smudged 30 minutes after leaving the salon and I don’t think I’ll go back to fix it (even though they have a generous policy). I felt a little pushed out when they gave me quick dry even though they were open another hour and no one was waiting for a drying spot. I don’t think my cuticles were trimmed evenly. Staff was friendly and kind but other salons have given me better results.
