I live in NJ, but ever since I found Form and Flow in 2023, I travel to LIC during my holidays just to soak in the good vibes from the instructors and the studio! I’ve been to so many studios in NY, NJ, PA, and Korea, but Form and Flow is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced—you get to learn authentic yoga and meditation in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! I’m always so grateful for founder Shelly’s thoughtful accommodations and offerings.
I used to come here pre-covid, then left the city and now moved back and I'm so excited that it's still here! Still my favorite yoga studio to go to. They have the most skilled and experienced instructors and I always come out feeling happy, strong and revitalized.
I absolutely love this yoga studio! It’s right in the heart of Long Island City, just steps from the Culture Lab and a few blocks from the waterfront—such a perfect location. The space itself is bright, peaceful, and feels like a resort in the Caribbean or Thailand, not NYC. Every time I step in, I feel instantly relaxed. The instructors are incredibly attentive and their guidance makes each session feel intentional and grounding. It’s truly a zen-like experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to practice yoga in a beautiful, welcoming space.
