I wanted to wait a few months before I posted my review of this company to evaluate them properly. I need to say I could not be happier with Alvita care. The aides, the care coordinators (especially Max) and the financial department are all excellent. I am so glad I chose them to take care of my family. They are not money hungry and do not try to sell extras to my family in fact they do the exact opposite, they offered a service that would actually save us some money. They also do direct billing to my long-term care insurance company so I do not need to lay the money out until Alvita Care gets paid from my long-term care insurance company I then pay the difference if...read full review

Alvita’s customer care reps are outstanding in every way! We had only one HHA from the company who was poor. We did not need six hour HHA shifts and wish there was flexibility there. They transferred us to Medicare help when it became available. That was a very decent thing to do in this money-crazed world.
