A couple of years ago they lost my prescription after having an eye exam and I wasn’t able to order contacts until I had a new eye exam. They claimed that it was happening a lot with the gentleman, who I believe was named Tim and he was no longer with the company.
I received a text from them today and have been meaning to schedule an eye appointment somewhere. For my own convenience, I called them to schedule an appointment since I’ve gone there before. The woman at reception, Jennifer, was incredibly rude to the point where I had to ask her if she was having a bad day. Take care Yes Dr. Legarreta (both of them) are beyond wonderful. They pulled me in for multiple appointments when I was having an emergency, even on a Saturday morning for minor Sx to remove an obstruction. They called to see how I was doing the following day (on a Sunday). They do not try to upsell products. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needed a reliable ophthalmologist.
Every time we come in to the lockport location the front desk ignores you or say we will get to you when we can. This last time we were told have a seat and we will be with you in awhile. Really. Usually the office manager is on the phone then she is rude whenever she gets off the phone.
