And here’s how you KNOW it was unreal… I am not a fall-asleep-during-services kind of person. Massages, facials, nothing knocks me out. Somehow, I was fully asleep during this 😂 Like GONE. That’s how calming and soothing the whole experience was.
Izzy was absolutely incredible she was so kind, so gentle, and she made the entire experience feel so personalized and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares, and it made all the difference.
I walked in stressed and walked out feeling like a brand new human.

The entire staff is warm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Alyssa who was able to get myself, my daughter and my daughter in law in on the same day, and on short notice. She is so kind and patient and very gentle. Listening to exactly what we wanted and doing aan extremely wonderful job. I can't wait to go back. Thank you everyone for making us all feel so good. Went for the Head Spa treatment today. Ah-mazing!!! I could feel the stress melting off my head. Alyssa Clark performed the service and was absolute rock star. The salon was very clean, staff was friendly and they have the cutest little complimentary beverage and snack center.

I cannot thank Niki Marie and MiraBella enough for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Niki truly worked magic with my hair. It held perfectly through all the happy tears, hugs, and dancing, and looked just as stunning at the end of the night as it did when I first walked down the aisle. She listened to what I envisioned, added her expertise, and created a look that felt so “me.” A huge thank you also to MiraBella Vitale for my makeup. She made me feel radiant and confident while still looking like myself, which is exactly what I wanted. My makeup photographed flawlessly and lasted all day without needing touch ups. Together, Niki and MiraBella made the getting ready process so fun and calming. They are not only incredibly talented but also such kind and positive people to have by your side on such an important day. I would recommend them to any bride who wants to feel gorgeous, comfortable, and truly taken care of on their wedding day. 💕

I had called to make an appointment to get my hair cut for an upcoming wedding. My appointment was for 3 o’clock and I got there on time. It was like 15 minutes early. The girl came over and told me I’m running a little late. I said OK no problem. I had a picture of the cut that I wanted And the girl that took me did not know how to cut hair at all. She started cutting my hair in the back on the sides then she proceeded to blow dry my hair then she’s put the straightener through it and she got done she says how do you like it I said no I don’t like it at all. I said it does not look like anything from the picture That I wanted and I started to cry. I was so disappointed in her services. I think this girl should probably go back to cosmetology school and get some more ideas on how to cut hair the people that she cuts for she proceeds as well. I’ll go get my manager and have her come over and look at it. The manager came over and she started cutting more hair off my head. It’s like literally am I gonna be bald by the time I get out of here so disappointed in her cutting my hair she kept cutting and cutting than she asked me that is any better I’m like no it’s nothing what the picture shows so that girl proceeded to go get her manager. That manager came over and says what’s wrong. I explained to her this is not the way the picture shows that I want my haircut well you want us to wash it and then you come to me and I’ll fix what is done. They wash my hair they sent me to this other manager. She’s nice friendly so she ended up cutting more hair off my head, but she fixed it to where I could say it somewhat looks like the picture that I brought in. I could’ve done the same kind of haircut at home for nothing but the only charged me $40. Will I ever come back to Nikki salon I don’t These ladies they’re just out of cosmetologyschool out of cosmetology and I will never go back very disappointed in this the girl that did my hair. I’m like literally very short and hopefully it’ll grow out in time for a wedding that I have to attend to make it look a little bit nicer. Needless to say with all the disappointment, I was gonna offer a tip but the lady the second manager says no you don’t have to tip. I said OK and I think if anybody goes there and they wanna style bring a picture and say, can you actually do this and say be open and honest if you can’t no big deal I well, go someplace where they know how to cut and style hair. was so sick to my stomach all night that they did not do what I asked to do so please send your girls back to cosmetology school or give them some training
