Her uncanny ability to locate injuries in the body and help heal is one of the greatest gifts she gives to her clients. She is the best teacher Pilates teacher I have ever had!

Susan was extremely nice and helpful. She actually answered the phone, which was a nice surprise from hearing fake voices all morning. She also took the time to answer my questions which I don’t know was her specialty or not. But I could hear here looking, making sure it was the correct one. I would definitely recommend her for any tax needs or anything else relating to her specialties. I was very happy with her knowledge of answering my questions.Thank you.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. I stopped in for a float session and they were very thorough with the process. Little Falls is lucky to have this place!Note: The parking lot next to the building is pretty wild. If you're not careful, you could hit one of a couple good sized potholes.
