I contacted John at JB Cool regarding an issue with my split units. He got back to me right away and we set up an appointment. David, the employee who helped me was very nice and extremely thorough. Couldn’t recommend JB Cool enough. Thanks guys!
JB Cool was great to work with. We called them when our AC broke during a heatwave. Within a day they came to our house, ordered a new engine, installed it, all during the weekend. Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
AC had a clog, water dripping into my kids room. With 2 kids under 2 years old, in the middle of the “heat dome” I wasn’t hopeful that we’d getting it fixed on a Saturday. They came a couple hours after contacting their office and fixed the issue within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the service and promptness. Thank you!
