I love this gym because of the women's only section which is usually relatively clean and I don't have to worry about creepy dudes watching me workout. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Some minor improvements are set to take place soon so disregard the bad reviews, this is a good gym in a great location and deserves proper reappraisal.

Out of every gym i’ve been to this has to be my favorite. From the staff, the equipment, the cleanliness everything is great. i’m not sure about all the 1 star ratings but I have nothing but good things to say about this gym

This is a fully equipped gym with a pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Most classes are included in your membership fee, which I think makes this a popular gym for many. There is also an aquatic fitness class. This class used to be my favorite when it was offered on Saturdays. There is a women-only workout room with plenty of equipment in there and a very small stretch space. I wish it had a larger area to do yoga and stretches. They also offer personal training with different packages to choose from. The personal training program is based on your needs, and they also give the member a book to keep track of their progress.
