If I could give 0 stars I would. They completely ruined a top I went here to get tailored. I had to go back twice for them to fix it and gave up since they completely ruined it. There’s pulled thread ALL OVER the blazer. The fit is off. The work is extremely sloppy. I now have to go to a legit tailor to see if they can salvage it. I’ve been here previously but this was the last straw. Save your time and money.

These people are so rude!! I called to see if my alterations were ready to be picked up. I said “Hello I’m calling to see if my clothes are ready” the woman on the phone says “I don’t know who you are”. I’m trying to tell the woman if she needs information to identify me all she has to do is ask!! Who talks to paying customers that way?? Absolutely never again.

I’ve been a customer at this location before, and it’s just around the corner from my house. Normally, I have had pleasant interactions with a lovely older lady who always answers my questions with care. However, my recent experience has left me appalled and disappointed.

I called the business three times, only to be met with unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The first time, no one answered. The second time, I was hung up on.
