I was contacted after my review and they apologized about the delay. They do not serve the Queens, NY region and will try to assist with finding someone who does.
I informed them about their voicemail not saving unless certain circumstances are met being a confusing issue. And that there is no email address listed on their website so we are left thinking we're crazy when they don't return our phone calls. They thanked me for my feedback and was told they are working on it.
