*edited update* James Towne got in touch with me to figure what happened, as it turns some type of miscommunication was the culprit. After meeting with Mr Towne, he refunded me the consultation fee(which was super unexpected since we ended up having a meeting), and has agreed to work on my case, which is super exciting ☺️. Both him & his colleague, Christine were super personable, understood my issue, & their confidence with my case is contagious.☺️☺️
