She advised me on my questions, found the replacement frame I was looking for and processed the order updates right away, - in less than 30 mins! I visited this Visionworks on New Year’s Eve to purchase new glasses. It was busy but wait time was minimal. It was well staffed with experienced personnel. I will definitely use this location for glasses in the future.

I recently received services from Vision Works at the Latham location. I’m very pleased with the care I received. Very professional and attentive service from especially Ms.Cookie Cook. I would recommend that if you have any eye care regarding glasses, these are the people you need.
