I can’t say enough good things about Sound Movement—and especially Maria. After years of recurring back injuries from weightlifting, and trying everything from personal trainers to PT specialists, I had all but given up on strength training. Then I found Maria. Her knowledge, precision, and care have truly changed the game for me. Highly recommend.
