I am someone who will not settle when it comes to finding an honest and affordable provider, but found this task a major challenge for HVAC repair — robot answering services, lack of transparency on pricing, and always a vague feeling of being scammed. That is, until I met Janncy of G2G. Janncy came to our house within an hour (!!!) and immediately fixed an issue with our HVAC wiring at an affordable price. He’s also a nice, family oriented guy, who worked around our crying (er, screaming) baby with a kind attitude. We will definitely call on him for all of our future HVAC needs. I’m so relieved to have found someone we trust on such an important service!

Jancy is not only a skilled technician, but a trustworthy, dependable, and kind person. He has helped me with last-minute emergencies and regular maintenance of both my AC and furnace. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why and has the patience of a saint. My French bulldog especially approves—Jancy always has extra scratches for him! I recommend Jancy to all my friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend G2G. My Carrier unit went down on a very hot day. Janncy arrived 2 hours from the time I called and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had the part and fixed it in no time. I called 2 other places and they won’t come until 3 days. Thank again Janey for saving my day.
