Absolutely amazing experience. Responsive, and detailed with what needed to be done. They were able to get me in right away, identified and fixed the problem immediately. Will absolutely use them for any future issues! Our plumber that gave the service was Mike!

Living without a hot water heater (HWH) is not the kind of life that I want to live so when mine stopped working a couple weeks ago, I needed a new one ASAP. Recommended by a friend, we immediately reached out to WNY Plumbing. The very next day, earlier than scheduled (very good thing - we had tickets for a concert that night) Ken arrived and installed the new hot water heater in the projected time. There was one issue though, not with Ken's work, but with the dead HWH. It was 25 years old and had sediment built up on the bottom. So much, that Ken was unable to drain it. No worries though! Western New York plumbing installed everything needed in my newly built home when I have a question or if I need something adjusted or fixed Mike and Tyler have done an excellent and thorough job. I feel their prices are very fair, they return calls without much of a delay and I see their trucks in my neighborhood as opposed to other plumbing companies. That actually says a lot about their Plumbing reputation!
