Very quick turn around on our emergency need - next day! Turned out the job was pretty simple, so the tech made sure to use the minimum service charge to show me small maintenance and info about our water heater. Great guy. Nice to my old dog too!

While house sitting for my daughter, WNY Plumbing was scheduled in to repair a toilet in the master bathroom. Tyler was prompt in arriving and quickly determined what needed to be done. He repaired the toilet flange, replaced a leaking toilet supply and set the toilet in a little over an hour. He thoroughly cleaned the area and tested his work fully prior to his departure. Tyler was friendly and informative and represented the company well. A very good job overall.

Mike and Kevin did a great job installing our new hot water tank. Western New York Plumbing has done several jobs at our house and we are always happy with their work. I highly recommend them.
