I recently had work done by Robert A. Nowak Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the first call to the final install, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. What stood out most was their honesty. They gave me straightforward advice, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and followed through exactly as promised.

Chris performed preventative maintenance on one of my furnaces. He explained to me that my other furnace works, but it is old and they do not make parts for it anymore and that he didn't think it was worth it to perform preventative maintenance on it because if a part breaks while doing it, it is impossible to get a replacement since the company that made that furnace went out of business many years ago. He did not charge me for looking at that furnace. Both of my furnaces and hot water heaters vent through the chimney and he explained my options thoroughly with quotes for all the options of replacing the furnace and hot water tanks and referred me to a chimney inspector... read full review
I must take the time to give a 5 star review to this company ! They are truly a fair, honest and accommodating family owned local business. If you need your heating or A/C serviced this is the company to call hands down.
