They did a great job and my water tastes great too! I wish I would’ve done this sooner. I can drink the water from my regular faucet which I haven’t been able to in years. Bethany was so helpful in answering our follow up questions and the installer was very helpful too! Highly recommend.

Incredible service! I had my first annual service completed. They were able to work around my schedule and fit me in after a last minute cancellation. The gentleman handling the service was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very informative. I highly recommend this company!

Lance installed our water treatment system while he was at his former company. I cannot stress enough how we would NEVER recommend Lance to anyone for water treatment solutions. We have had NOTHING but issues with our system for the past 4 years and Lance did nothing to remedy our situation - he only made it worse. Here is an abbreviated rundown - He convinced us to go with his more expensive units over a local company and promised us the world with his system...He forgot to re-install our check valve and we got pure salt water coming from our brine tank (he blamed it on our well until we physically showed him he failed to put it back on), he ruined our sink while installing the RO and his response was "well I'm not a plumber" (he did buy us a new sink), when we continued to have water issues, he blamed it on our well and recommended we hook up to a different well because he claimed he tested the water and “the water was better” but, it was much worse and our system that he installed was not meant to treat that water due to higher levels of salt and Mg. So, because of his recommendation that we use the other well, we spent another 1k to purchase and install new well pump and excavate new trench to house. Also turned out that the new well he told us to tie into did not have the volume to handle the water needs of the system he installed and then he told us to have a switch that combines the two wells. We’ve had 3 different consultants come out to try and figure out his mess since he turned out to be an absolute no show and provided no help or remedy at all. Every single consultant (including his former company) talked about what he did being wrong and were perplexed why he did it in the first place. So here we are, 4 years later and still throwing money into the mess he made to try and even get decent water consistently. We are considering legal action to get our money back at this point.These are just a few of the issues we have had. If you’re on the fence, reply to this post and I will contact you directly to provide further details on just how bad of an experience this has been and continues to be, as well as how little Lance did to try and figure this out for us. I am not sure about the rest of Health Keys, but I would NEVER recommend Lance and would recommend literally ANY other water treatment company over one Lance is associated with.
