Kevin and his partner were incredible. This is my third year using Beauty Pools for our closing and this was by far my best experience to date. The pool was vacuumed and skimmed meticulously. All the screws and parts removed from the pool were sorted and stored neatly for the spring opening instead of being all thrown into one big basket to figure out later. The excess from the cover was folded under the water bags nicely for a clean look instead of being left unfurled to blow in the wind. I will absolutely be requesting his crew for my opening and closing from now on!

Jay was great in closing the pool, had good communication and listening skills. Definitely customer service oriented!! He was efficient and everything was cleaned up and nothing left behind. I was pleased with the pool closing.

Very pleased with Beauty Pools performance. They started a month early, great workmanship through all phases. Very pleased with the handling of the coordination, the work ethics, and the workers, especially the lead tradesman. Thanks to all involved, Bob Wojtowicz
