I want to recognize Bobby at Ollie's for outstanding customer service. While other, not so friendly employees wouldn't acknowledge me. Bobby stopped what he was doing- stocking shelves-and went out of his way to help me without hesitation. It required him to get a ladder and open a box. He found me in the store and gave me what l needed. That kind of care feels rare these days,and it truly meant alot. What touched me even more was when he stopped me just to say thank you for my kindness and told me we need more people like me in this world. The feeling is mutual for me,as well. Decent location and better maintained than other Ollie's. Good customer service. Hit or miss with store cleanliness. Well stocked usually. Since there's no Big Lots around anymore, they have a chance to really step it up. Here's hoping.
Ollie's has been a great edition to the mall plaza since they opened. It's hard not to come out of there with more than you intended to buy, all at absolute bargain prices. The staff has always been courteous and eager to help, making it a pleasant experience every single time.
