Good customer service, found hard to find vinyl flooring style (slate) we needed (both glue down and planks that coordinated), very helpful with project needs. Also good selection of ceramic wall tile options.Several years ago they did a commercial floor project for us - good vinyl tile recommendation, their professional installers did a great job leveling the floor too. Still looks great with the exception of some scratches because of the softer surface. Even by the entrance door the glue has lasted well in spite of moisture.

HCH is one of the best flooring stores in the area. They carry good quality flooring and are willing to work with you. When we were looking to reflow our children's area at the Jamestown Alluance Church this company was recommended to us by a highly respected contractor in our area and by a maintainence worker I know. Not only do they carry good flooring, they stand behind their products, even if there is a problem after you have already purchased and installed their product. It is rare to find a store owner that will stand behind their products the way this one does. It is a locally owned small business that carries great products and has great service.
