Zoe & the space at The Studio Upstate are incredible! We attended a private pole dancing class while we were visiting Lake Placid for our Women’s Retreat and it was truly a highlight of our trip! Zoe was so professional (and STUNNING) and made our experience fun and approachable. I would strongly suggest checking out her studio and supporting this amazing business!

Super excited to have the studio upstate as my new home! All the instructors are kind, communicative and very professional. There is a class for everyone, from Pilates reformer, Matt, barre & so much more. Even if you’re from out of town be sure to check them out!

Zoe was AMAZING! We were in Lake Placid for a Girls Trip/Birthday Celebration and she went above and beyond to be flexible with our schedule and make the most of our time in studio. We took a yoga class which was so good! Zoe was very clear and helpful in guiding each of us through our different levels of comfort for each move. She gave special attention to our birthday girl and made sure we got some fun pictures at the end!! The studio itself was easy to locate. It was clean and a wonderfully welcoming environment. The experience was perfection. Thank you!!
