Dr Flanigan saved our dog's life! She cared deeply about Molly's welfare and treated her as if she were her own dog. We will be forever grateful to her because she saved our Molly's life. I asked around for a vet and heard very mixed reviews about Dr. Flanigan. I decided to see for myself as my dog has anxiety in the car and I didn't want to travel to Plattsburgh. My first impression was the place was beat and the lighting terrible. A person came in first who never introduced herself or told me their role there. I was treated like a stupid person (I have a masters degree in science) and reprimanded when I told her the dog food that I give my dog. The "doctor" came in (never introduced herself ) and again lectured me on dog food. We first came here while on vacation when our dog got quilled by a porcupine. Dr. Flanigan is great and the staff is wonderful. Now, we're on our next dog, and we still make an appointment at least once a year to stay with this practice. definitely recommend.
