The staff, including Debbie who is an expert on all things pool-related, are friendly, effective, and knowledgeable. They provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help customers. For instance, they helped a customer who had trouble adapting a new filter to their existing motor by making simple plumbing/fitting adjustments, saving the customer from having to purchase a whole new unit or motor. Additionally, they have been helpful in educating new pool owners on how to maintain their pool's chemistry and care.
