Replacing our pool cover was, overall, a good experience with CoverSafe. Because of some issues with the coping stones surrounding the pool and aged gliders, it took a couple of extra visits to get it working properly, but Jacobo and Jimmie persevered and did what it took to get it done, all while being exceedingly pleasant, respectful and communicative. I worked with Becca at the main office to schedule the visits and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, including honoring relevant warranties without any issues. Jimmie from CoverSafe did an outstanding job on my annual servicing. Jimmie was professional, skilled and very personable. He was meticulous cleaning the cover and mechanicals, and made numerous small adjustments that will keep it working well for at least the next year.
