I am so pleased with my service!! Rosie did an amazing job and exactly what I wanted from the inspo picture I showed her !! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the salon is clean!!
I went a second time and had the man it was so much better. He took his time. He filed them the way I like them.. But the woman in the second chair, obviously talks about you laughs looks right at you walks away then the man yells at her and says stop it so that part I think is very rude but get the man if you’re gonna be stuck going there and not want to go all the way down to Lake George
Full disclaimer: I enjoy leaving good reviews, and I came to this salon hoping to give it a fair shot and maybe even help counterbalance some of the negative reviews—but unfortunately, my experience only confirmed many of the issues others have raised.
The location is fantastic—right near Price Chopper and super convenient. I truly wanted this to become my go-to spot. But the service was disappointing from start to finish.
The quality of the work was poor. The shape of my nails differed from one hand to the other, polish was uneven, with visible gaps and streaks. It honestly looked like a rushed DIY job. One of my nails even broke just two hours after...read full review
