Walking into the spa I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place, and the knowledge and efficiency of the staff was amazing. I am not a spa person and was given a gift certificate so I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the receptionist put me right at ease. It was a great experience from start to finish.
I loved everything about the spa!! It was very clean and calming when you enter!! The staff was friendly and accommodating!! Arica was great - I left there feeling relaxed and renewed after my 90-minute massage!! And they have a very nice selection of products to buy if you'd like!!
I'm looking forward to going back☺
I've had one message previous to this experience with Karen, that orignal message was nice but I remember saying to my wife that if I never have another one I'll be fine. Then we were given a gift certificate from my children to the Lake George Massage and Day Spa. Well this message from Karen was a completely different level. She concentrated on my lower back and neck issues, but it felt great all over. She obviously knows what she is doing and was very professional. As we left I told my wife that we need to come back to Karen everytime we come back to Lake George. Thank you Karen
