I booked an appointment with Town Center Dental for 7/6. I took time off from work to come because they don't offer later or early appointments. They said my appointment was lost due to a change in systems and theyd have to book another day. Not sure how mistakes happen like this but wont be coming here. They lost my business. Would not recommend. Also feel they do not have patience when doing dental work and one of the dental hygenists was rough and not really professional.

I had a very frustrating experience with the billing department. I have reached out to them repeatedly to inform them that they have made a billing error, which made my Insurance register as “Out of Network”, they have not rectified this error and continue to ignore my calls. I have been continuously redirected to their AI Assistant. I continue to get their automated bill, but they have not addressed the billing error, in which they omitted the Rendering TIN, Billing TIN, which caused the practice to show as “Out of Network”, as opposed to “In Network”. I have tried to reach them via email and calls unsuccessfully.

After a terrible experience at my old dentist office..town dental of Lagrange was exceptional! I got an appointment immediately. Then tended to my needs & Every is so friendly.. and the place is very clean. Kudos to you all. I will be referring to you.
