My first session was very emotional for me, not unusual due to my emotional nature. Crying on the table while feeling safe and being asked if I wanted her to pause the therapy was an assurance of her empathy and connectivity to her clients. Dr. Bruno’s combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I’ve found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well. I WFH so having him give pointers on monitor angle and height along with posture at my desk has been a game changer.
