I had foot surgery almost 2 years ago. prior to the surgery; on average i would run 5-8 miles a day along with participating in races. Since the surgery , i haven’t been able to walk more than from my car to my front step without being in excruciating pain. I never slept through the night without waking in pain. One treatment by John and i’m pain free! I’m actually going to go out for a run for the first time in YEARS. I can finally play competitive volleyball, again, with my daughter. Thank you John for giving me my life back!
John has been mine and my wife's massage therapist for three years. We continued to engage him independently after leaving the spa where he worked previously. Given his athletic background/training, he has a strong grasp of physiology and specializes in therapeutic massage tailored to a client's medical condition and specific requests. He applies different massage techniques depending on client preference and his assessment of your body's current state. This including deep tissue massage, which is difficult to do correctly. Highly recommended!
I’m so grateful to have found a massage therapist who is as skilled as John. I call him “the muscle whisperer.” He finds every knot and area of tightness and is able to smooth it out and restore the fibers, get circulation flowing, and just make me feel better.
