When it was time for our appointment, Sydney, the assistant, opened the door to the treatment room and gave us a very warm welcome. She was so gentle and attentive and sweet with CooCoo. Dr. Mac walked into the treatment room and I immediately felt at ease with his easy-going conversational style. As he examined Coo Coo with his hands, I was pretty amazed as he took so much time to feel her body and really observe her. I appreciate that he explained everything thoroughly and was very clear about what he recommended with both visits. We felt very well taken care of and have trust in his recommended protocols for our cat’s care.
