We LOVE Town & Country. We took our dogs there for 4 years when we lived nearby. Luckily a few neighbors told us about them. They’re old school - no computers, no fancy procedures. Just two vets and a team that cares. What we love about them is that they don’t push unnecessary procedures or expenses. They don’t get worked up about things that animals do (eat grass / poop, have random growths or skin rashes that come and go, etc). They just assure you that it’s normal and give you options.With our one dog, the doc gave us a prescription for anxiety meds, but suggested we try a supplement we can get on Amazon first. It helped. I brought my 9 yo cat in because she suddenly started hiding and stopped eating / drinking/ using the bathroom. They got her right in within 2 hours of calling and called me 5 mins after taking her in to let me know she was stressed because of the kittens we adopted several months ago. I was skeptical (she never refuses food) until I did exactly what the doctor told me to do and she’s got her spark back. They didn’t run a million tests like the emergency vet would have which prevented even more stress for my girl. I have been taking my dogs and cats here for over 20 years, and have always had an incredible experience. The staff are kind and helpful and the services are super affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a local vet.
