My cat got the best treatment, care & attention from Dr Aris & David & her stuff. Currently I'm taking 2 cats to Southern Hill Vet & both are now doing great. Their customer service is also outstanding. They do a follow up call on u pet to see how u furry baby is doing.

“This is one of the best vet clinics I've been to in Syracuse (and beyond). Not only does the staff seem to genuinely care about my pets, but the doctor I saw took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions.

In fact, I would give one of the staff members (Skylar) 5 stars, if I could give individual ratings. Skylar took numerous calls from me and ensured I got my cat's inhaler prescription as soon as possible. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness eased a lot of my anxieties about my pets' ailments.
