He takes the time to listen to patients' specific issues and thoroughly explains their treatment. The office staff is friendly and attentive, and the environment is clean and great. Dr. Peter is amazing, as he gives each patient his undivided attention and ensures they are comfortable with their treatment. He does not rush the appointments and makes sure patients leave with all the information they need. Dr. Peter genuinely cares about his patients and even makes calls after hours to check on them. Patients have experienced significant improvements and have been able to return to their daily activities with Dr. Peter's professional and willing-to-listen approach.
Dr. Peter does an amazing job! He is extremely knowledgeable and he does his job very well. He is also very compassionate. Due to my PTSD, I have a strong aversion to physical contact, which makes going to the chiropractor very difficult and stressful.
Dr. Peter has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. He clearly communicates what he will need to do, where the physical contact will be, and what to expect from each part of my treatment. I was referred here by a staff member at WellNow. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day, which can be rare these days. It’s a small private practice, and that’s exactly what makes it special! The front desk staff was genuinely kind and took the time to walk me through pricing so I knew exactly what to expect. The doctor was patient, thorough, and never rushed through anything. I felt cared for, listened to, and treated like an actual person, not a number on a schedule. I left feeling better, and ready for continued treatment.
Absolutely amazing service, when you walk into the waiting room you are immediately greeted by a warm smile from the receptionist and all the staff there is kind and very professional, Dr. Jason Cichocki knows exactly how to care for each patient depending on what they need, but he also has a great sense of humor and he truly cares about everyone who comes in. This is the place to go if you have back pain and need relief! 🙂🫶
