I just had my first appointment with Dr. Heary for chronic neck & back pain. I was truly Amazed with the therapy session! I came in with weakness & pain & left stronger with significant reduced pain! I have been going to Fit Body for years! Because of that I was in the best shape of my life being in my 60's. The program keeps you moving, is encouraging and I am back at it after Covid. (i gained 20) Now I also am being personally trained and didnt know what that meant until I started. My muscles are building and I am losing weight. I can even get up from the ground without my hands. ( try that) If you dont have weight training as a woman you will lose bone mass, you will also end up in a wheel chair when you are old if you dont workout. ( learned this from the elderly home while visiting my dad) Bottom line, it works!

John and his team really know how to custom make a work out and diet plan to help you do the same . They have flexible hours to make scheduling easy .
