I did not have trouble being contacted by phone like other reviewers. Scheduler was pleasant and kind. Therapists are warm and friendly! Highly recommend Christina Rankey, she has a wonderful spirit and gave me exercises to do at home that helped improve my overall health.

I also had issues getting through by phone. However, I went to the site and knocked on the door and was helped / registered. The therapists there are great, facility is nice / expansive / new, and once getting on the schedule all went smoothly. So the life hack is: Drop by to introduce yourself. Find the hallway Immediately in the building to the right by the bathrooms...Think of it like your local PT Speakeasy rather than phone unresponsive. Speedy recovery friends. : - )

This facility is the best I've ever gone to for immediate care. I had no wait time, front desk man was polite, my provider "Ms. Debbie" was down to earth, thorough, attentative and quickly assessed the issues. The place was spotless and welcoming. They make you feel welcomed and relaxed! Highly recommend for a quick in & out with results.
