One of the best Urgent Cares I’ve ever been too! I was pleasantly surprised. And they take United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid)!!!
I did a telehealth for a parasite. The nursing staff and doctors were so kind and caring. They made sure I got the help that I needed. The appt was easy to make online. Virtually too.
However trying to find the doctors note in the portal is very difficult. The whole online thing could be more mobile/user friendly . Otherwise perfect.

The staff at my primary doctor’s
Office in Woodstock including the reception are patient and helpful. The Physicians Assistant there works on a team with the doctor and the intake nurse’s aide - all are incredibly thorough and friendly. If my PA needs to confer with the Doctor she does but my PA’s diagnostic skills are top notch and they are always in agreement. Also they are open to my questions — and informative. Make an appointment on the website ahead of time if you can. I waited for about 30 mins past my appt time, but once I was called in, it was a very easy experience. The people that I saw were extremely helpful, and I really liked the facility. It was my first visit and I would definitely continue going there for my urgent care 100%.
