Deon is a lifesaver! The power went out in our kitchen and living room on a weeknight and he showed up early the next day after fielding our emergency phone call. Within hours, he had diagnosed the problem and set up a temporary fix. Our building is very old, and he took the time to do a lot of testing to make sure we didn't need to do a more expensive, extensive overhaul which could have involved knocking out the walls. Thanks to his problem-solving, we were able to reroute the power with just a few minor interventions. He returned a few days later to finish the job, and the apartment is now free of the unsightly, dangerous extension cord mess we'd been relying... read full review

The power went out in our living room and we needed service the same day, Deon came the same day and very quickly. He was kind, informative and incredibly helpful. After power came back he made sure everything was working correctly and made sure to test everything before leaving. It was a great experience and I will be calling again for any future help!
