We had the greatest experience with Dr. Hexter, Megan W., and the team. Yesterday we were not expecting to say goodbye to my baby Bella, It was actually the last thing I thought would happen, but everyone made me feel so comfortable with my decision, not to have her suffer. I also thought it was really nice that because Bella needed an ultrasound but her belly was full of fluid and they didn’t charge me because it was pretty much not readable during the preliminary report. They could’ve just let me on my way but they put Bella first.

I was so happy to meet Dr. Hartelius . He was so gental . My cat always squirms and really was not one bit nervous . Phebea the Teck was really professional as well . Baby girl didn’t , my cat did not even flinch in fact layed on her side while she got her nails clipped . I am so glad to have chosen this vet office being I’m new to the area .
Dr Page is awesome with our dogs. She is loving caring and professional. Dr H.saw my oldest yorkie for emergency visit he was kind, caring and professional. RVVA is the best care around. THE STAFF IS AWESOME AND COMPASSIONATE. i'm so pleased with this office.
