Quick response through yelp messages, gave a decent price for the inspection. Was able to set an appointment up fairly quick. The inspection was thorough and included lots of photos. Spoke to Fred for about 35 minutes over the phone after the inspection was done so we were able to know the overall condition of the house. Would recommend his services. Glad we went with Ridgline.
Only place I'd go to have my big expensive 396xp worked on. No other dealer around here knows saws like them.
