This was an extremely thorough and professional inspection that caught a number of issues on the property and provided a path forward for resolving them. Would recommend extremely highly to anyone! Truly the best.
Tim was a joy to work with. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. He provided such a detailed and thorough inspection. I felt that every inch of my new home was scrutinized and poked and prodded. I did a home inspection, well water testing, septic and radon testing. He provided recommendations of things that he would address right away, things he would hire out to adjust, things he recommended that I do myself, and gave suggestions or areas to watch closely in my first year of home ownership.
