I hired Jason Rodgers aka 411 Business Book aka Hudson Valley Pool Service to refurbish my Fanta-Sea Pool. Within a couple days of completion, it was leaking. Jason Rodgers (aka 411 Business Book aka Hudson Valley Pool Service) came back and patched the hole in the liner that he said was caused by the stairs he just sold us and installed. He said he would replace the liner because it was his fault but asked us if we could wait to the end of the pool season when water would be cheaper and it easier for him to fix his mistake. i hired this contractor to help me with some minor leaks I had. One was under my kitchen sink, one in my bathroom, and to change a shower spout in my upstairs bathroom. They changed the spout to a much shorter one, and it looks ridiculous because there's about an inch and a half of piping that's exposed. They said my toilet was leaking from a seal that was just replaced previously to me calling them. They changed the seal, and it still leaked. Then they broke my toilet tank. I went and bought a new one, to which they changed at no cost to me. My toilet is still leaking.
