Quick response through yelp messages, gave a decent price for the inspection. Was able to set an appointment up fairly quick. The inspection was thorough and included lots of photos. Spoke to Fred for about 35 minutes over the phone after the inspection was done so we were able to know the overall condition of the house. Would recommend his services. Glad we went with Ridgline.
It's my pleasure to write a review for Fred as he's hands-down the best inspector we've worked with. For our new primary residence in New York, Fred made things incredibly smooth. He had a typical response time of minutes over text. Setting up an appointment was quick. The inspection itself was in-depth, clocking in at around four hours. After which he churned out an incredibly detailed 68-page report. He addressed our follow-up questions on a dozen subsequent occasions, several of them over the phone. His professionalism, thoroughness, patience, and communication skills are simply second to none.
Fred was so amazing! He was so professional and thorough. His report is extremely detailed and easy to read. He also was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions, but explained everything he was looking for as well. He was very fairly priced and super sweet! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable inspector.
